My approach to therapy

  • Life can be overwhelming, and we all need someone to talk to. Whether it's big questions keeping you up at night or stress from relationships, work, or family, you don't have to face it alone. As social creatures, connecting with others is essential for our well-being. I provide online and in-person therapy and have availability for new clients. Let's navigate life together and help you build resilience.

I specialize in a therapy approach focusing on personal experiences and work with existential topics. You and I can work on anxiety, depression, stress, break-ups, relationships, family issues, fear, ADHD, anger control, and emotional balance to progress and face challenges together. I use an eclectic approach that uses elements of CBT, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and more. You're capable, and I'm here to support you.

If you are ready to challenge yourself, and to grow, reach out to me. Consultations are always free. My door is open, I am ready when you are.

I am inclusive and hold space for all people. Everyone is welcome!

  • With experience working with ADHD, complex trauma, anxiety, various men’s issues, feeling stuck, and more, I may be able to help. Let us meet online to see if we are a match. Go to the Contact Me page to book a free consultation!

  • I offer online therapy to most provinces, and in-person therapy in the Annex neighbourhood. Therapy can be short term, lasting only a few sessions, or can be a thorough process, spanning months or years, in which we explore the depths of identity and meaning. Starting with a free online consultation is a great first step. Contact Me to book!
